During the cold season (November–March), orders containing nail polish will only ship Monday–Wednesday to reduce risk of freezing during transit. This may result in shipping delays of 1-3 business days.
Our nail polishes are formulated without harsh chemicals, making them more susceptible to freezing in extreme temperatures. We take extra precautions including insulated packaging and heat packs to ensure safe delivery.
