How do I view my Points Balance?

Your points can be viewed as soon as you login to your account. It will also have a breakdown of how many points you have to spend in your reward section of your account page.

What do the 'approved', 'pending', and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

Approved: These points can be redeemed immediately

Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. This may take up to 14 days to approve but if in doubt, please contact our customer care team.

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

Do my level of perks renew?

Yes. Your perks will renew Dec 31st of each year.

Don't worry, we will send you email reminders to make sure you get your goodies before your perks renew!

Do my points expire?

Yes. Your points will expire Dec 31st of each year.

Can I earn points if I shop your products in store?

No. At this time, points are earned and redeemed through our website only.

I returned part of my order. Will the loyalty points I used be put back into my account?

Unfortunately you will not receive points back for a refund.
