Costumes and books. Can you think of two better ways to foster creative thinking and imaginative play in little ones? Books have the ability to spark ideas in children's minds for their own creative play by introducing them to different ideas, places and people. They allow them to "see" far off places and experience scenarios they may not otherwise know.
The same can be said for costumes. Playing dress-up gives kids the ability to create their own stories as they play and to experience life from a whole new perspective.
So, of course, when we saw these adorable photos of this brother and sister in their Great Pretender's gear in their local library, we were thrilled. We love seeing the adventures our costumes go on with your kids!
