How Does This Work?

Your logo is added to the products that you select, in full colour and with the appropriate type of application. Our customer service department will help you get everything you need ready for production. They will need to make sure you have:

1. Your Logo To Apply

2. The Items Selected

3. Placement

So Ordering is just 4 Easy Steps:

Provide Your Logo/Artwork. Here's what we need: Logo artwork to be supplied by you at the time of order. Adobe Illustrator (.ai files), EPS or PDF vector files produce the best results, or 300 dpi JPEGs that are 3" min along the smallest dimensions at 100%. Please send the artwork as you would like it to appear. We are happy to assist with any changes to your artwork, however, additional charges would apply.

Select Your Items. 90% of our capes, tutus, bodysuits and dresses can be customized with YOUR logo! Large quantities of stock items are available as custom orders with many more customization options. Our MOQ is only 100 items and can be split between multiple SKU's. For example, you could pick 50 capes, 25 dresses, and 25 bodysuits. 

Select Where to Place Your Logo. Some dress up items like our crowns are easy to determine where your logo would look best. Other items like capes and dresses offer more options for your logo placement. If you aren't sure where to place the logo, we can help with suggestions that work well for visibility and application. We also provide a proof of the layout before going to production and offer one change free of charge. There is a one-time setup fee of $45 to create the master artwork. Reorders of your items are not subject to an additional setup fee unless the artwork is moved to another location on the garment. 

Approve the Proof  within 4 Business Days. Don't worry, we won't go to production before you are 100% happy with the layout and have approved it. We only ask that we get approval within 4 business days to ensure a fast turn around time for you. All in stock items will be shipped within 10 business days from the date of your artwork approval.
